Paris, April 22, 2025 – BCTG Avocats advised iCON Infrastructure LLP, a leading international player in the infrastructure sector, on its acquisition of a stake in H2air, an independent renewable energy developer in France.
This transaction is part of iCON Infrastructure LLP’s development strategy, which strengthens its presence in the French renewable energy market by partnering with a recognized player in the sector. The partnership with H2air is a major step forward in iCON Infrastructure’s ambition to actively contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
Founded in 2008, H2air has established itself as a leading player in onshore wind and solar energy. With the support of iCON Infrastructure LLP, the group intends to consolidate the solid foundations built over the past 17 years and accelerate its evolution towards a leading integrated independent power producer (IPP) model.
