BCTG Avocats advised Cyllene Therapeutics on its €33 million Series C financing round.

The round was co-led by GordonMD Global Investments LP and M Ventures, with participation from existing investors Andera Partners, Bpifrance Life Sciences Venture (InnoBio), SCI Ventures and Lamond Ventures.

The transaction will enable Cyllene Therapeutics to continue the clinical development of EG110A, its lead drug candidate for the treatment of severe chronic neuro-urological disorders, and to accelerate the development of its HERMES technology platform.

The BCTG Avocats team was led by partner Séverin Kullmann, with the support of Paul Truck, Paul Leconte, Estelle du Page and Carla-Luna Tambon.
