She acts, mainly alongside industrial and renewable energy players, in the context of divestment and acquisition transactions of their projects or partnerships.

Her experience in the sector leads her to intervene extensively in contractual matters. Finally, she has developed a particular expertise in compliance matters and assists clients in all related issues.
