Catherine Dupuy-Burin des Roziers has been a partner in the M&A / Private Equity – Projects contracts team since 1999.
She is mainly involved in the structuring of projects and the financing of industrial operations and related supply contracts, particularly in the energy sector.
She provides her French and international clients with assistance and expertise in drafting and negotiating development, turnkey, operation and maintenance, and financing contracts, including direct agreement contracts.
