Séverin Kullmann is a partner and head of the M&A/Private Equity department department at BCTG Avocats.

Séverin advises French and international groups, small and medium-sized companies and investment funds in their external growth and private equity transactions, both in France and abroad.

He assists his clients in their joint-venture and reorganisation operations.
