Augustin Nicolle has been a lawyer since 2004 and a partner of BCTG Avocats since 2011. He specialises in business law, mainly in corporate and litigation matters.

He has acquired extensive experience in cross-border litigation, involving foreign clients before French courts, but also in complex cases submitted to foreign courts, in particular in West Africa and in international arbitration. 

The team he’s led for around 10 years has demonstrated its ability to coordinate international cases and teams of foreign lawyers to offer its clients a coherent strategy aimed at solving the problems encountered.

Augustin Nicolle has also demonstrated his ability to provide pragmatic advice in the context of alternative dispute resolution processes.
