Clément Sabatier has been a partner with the M&A / Private Equity and Business Litigation team since 2007.

He assists his clients with all their contract law and related litigation issues.

He is active in various sectors, in particular aviation and airport services, energy and new technologies, and assists his clients in contractual negotiations for complex infrastructure projects as well as for service agreements or merger and acquisition operations in France and abroad. He is also familiar with labour law and criminal business law issues, allowing him to take a cross-disciplinary, pragmatic and operational approach to his clients’ problems. 

Clément assists and represents clients before civil, commercial, labour and criminal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

• Master’s degree in Business Law – University of Paris II Panthéon – Assas
• Admitted to the Paris Bar, 1999
