BCTG Avocats supports Uber in its strategic partnership with HysetCo, a leading player in hydrogen mobility

Paris, April 23, 2026 – BCTG Avocats advised Uber on its investment in HysetCo, a pioneer and leading player in hydrogen mobility in Europe. This marks Uber’s first investment in a French company.

This partnership is part of Uber’s strategy to continue the growth and expansion of its taxi offering in Paris, representing a significant step forward in its positioning within the business taxi market.

HysetCo has developed an integrated hydrogen mobility offering, notably based on the provision of vehicles and access to dedicated infrastructure.
