Paul Elfassi has been a lawyer since 2000 and a partner at BCTG Avocats since 2014. His practice focuses mainly on energy law, environmental and urban planning law, mining law and public business law.
His core business is to support the development of industrial or infrastructure projects that raise complex issues and to provide the project with legal solutions that are cutting edge and pragmatic.
Paul has developed cross-disciplinary expertise in energy law (solar, onshore and offshore wind, land-based and floating, hydro-electricity, cogeneration and biomass, hydrogen, storage), which enables him to assist his clients at the various stages of their projects: development, construction, operation (including due diligence in the context of setting up the related financing).
