For more than 17 years, Marie has been assisting all the players, both public and private (sponsors, lenders), involved in the construction and operation of infrastructure or public works. 

She has special expertise in preparing competitive bidding procedures, drafting and negotiating complex public contracts (PPP, concessions, public procurement, etc.) along with the resulting industrial contracts (construction subcontracts, O&M, interface agreements, direct agreements, etc.).

Marie advises clients in the fields of transport (ports, railways), defence and the hospital, cultural and hospitality sectors (commercial catering, shops). She also represents her clients in litigation pertaining to the award and performance of public contracts.
