Sabine de Paillerets is a partner. She advises clients in a wide range of sectors (services/commerce/distribution in the sports industry, electronics, telephony, cosmetics, sanitary equipment, pharmaceuticals/life sciences, media, telecommunications, cleaning/security, energy) in the definition of their HR policy, the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, mobility agreements or social plans, and company agreements, including new company charters linked to digitalization, the implementation and management of social bodies (CSE, Trade Unions), negotiations with the various social partners as well as in the context of their HR strategies throughout the life of the company, from its creation, to its transfer, to its closing and regulatory issues linked to a complex and constantly changing legal environment.

Sabine regularly assists and represents her clients before the social administrations (Labor Inspection and Regional Directorates for the Economy, Employment, Labor and Solidarity (DREETS)), professional organizations, as well as before the labor, civil, administrative and criminal courts.
