Mathilde Paquelier is a partner in the employment law team.
She joined the firm in June 2023 as counsel.
With over ten years of experience at leading law firms such as Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Gide Loyrette Nouel, and Bredin Prat, she has comprehensive and varied expertise in labor law. She advises a diverse client base comprising major French and/or foreign groups, subsidiaries of CAC 40 companies, institutional companies, mid-sized companies, and start-ups, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
Mathilde assists her clients in the management of complex transactions (sales, mergers, restructurings, collective redundancies, collective status reform), as well as on sensitive or specific issues (internal investigations, harassment, working time) and on day-to-day matters related to the management of individual and collective relations (discipline, personnel management).
She works in a wide range of sectors, including the sports industry, retail/luxury, pharmaceutical/life sciences and energy.
Mathilde regularly writes articles for legal journals and publications specializing in labor law and leads numerous client conferences.
