Mei assists and advises the firm’s clients on collective and individual labour relations issues, both on a day-to-day basis and in connection with their reorganisation and restructuring operations, as well as all aspects of employment law relating to business takeovers.

In particular, she has assisted with industrial restructuring and plant closures involving staff reduction plans, training programmes and staff transfer issues. It has also handled litigation in particularly complex and sensitive cases.

Finally, she is ranked in Le Point, Décideurs – Leaders League and Legal 500.
