Gaspard is a lawyer in the Urban planning Environment department, which he joined in 2024.

After a number of internships in the legal departments of companies such as Compagnie du Mont Blanc and SNCF Réseau, Gaspard worked with 2 firms: first with the international law firm Foley Hoag, then with HK Legal, before joining BCTG Avocats.

Gaspard assists French and international clients with their environmental law issues, particularly in the fields of classified facilities, polluted sites and soils, waste management, as well as administrative and criminal litigation. He also advises and litigates in the renewable energies sector. Gaspard also advises public and private players in various areas of public law, including the award and performance of public procurement contracts, regulated activities and urban planning.

He also teaches at the University of Paris Nanterre.

Graduate of the Ecole de la défense pénale, he handles criminal defense cases.
