Alexandra Carpentier is counsel in the M&A/Private Equity department, having joined the firm in January 2020 as an associate.
Alexandra advises French and international groups, mid-sized companies, and SMEs, as well as investment funds, in France and abroad. She assists her clients on various aspects of corporate law and in the context of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and financing.
She works in many sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare and life sciences, chemicals, IT, agri-food, sports, and energy.
