Thibaut is an associate in the M&A / Private Equity – Projects Contracts department.

He advises on the creation, sale, acquisition and reorganisation of companies in corporate law and contractual matters, mainly in the energy and industrial sectors. 

He has also developed expertise in financing and projects.

Before joining BCTG Avocats, Thibaut trained in several international law firms, mainly in the field of energy and infrastructure in Africa (particularly on OHADA law transactions).

Thibaut speaks French, English and Dutch.
