Thibaut is an associate lawyer in the M&A / Private Equity – Project Contracts department.

He advises on the creation, acquisition, disposal and reorganization of companies, as well as on the structuring of strategic partnerships in France and internationally, mainly in the renewable energy sector.

He advises producers, developers, and public entities on contractual and project financing issues at all stages of the project life cycle (development, construction, operation) in the wind, solar, and methane sectors, among others.

Before joining BCTG, Thibaut trained at several international law firms, mainly in the energy sector in Africa.

Thibaut speaks French, English, and Dutch.
