Paris, February 12, 2025 – The business law firm BCTG assisted the Okaveo Group in the acquisition of Crop & Co and Okaveo.
Crop & Co is a recognized player in purchasing consulting and training, and its acquisition, together with Okaveo, reinforces the buyers’ ambition to accelerate innovation and simplify purchasing management through technology.

The operation was led by the M&A team composed of Cyprien Dufournier, partner, Pierre de Kerpoisson and Xavier Himbert, associates.
