François Dauba is a partner and co-head of the Competition / Distribution Department at BCTG Avocats.
François advises his clients in the structuring of their sales policies in competitive and regulated environments (retail / luxury / food, pharma/health, energy, telecommunications).
He assists companies in drafting and negotiating their business agreements (selective/exclusive distribution, franchising, commercial agency, etc.), in the digital transformation of their distribution (marketplaces, algorithms) as well as in their competition issues (cartel, abuse of dominant position and concentrations).
François also advises his clients on the regulations applicable to their business, particularly in the health sector.
