Competition / Distribution

François Dauba is a partner and co-head of the Competition / Distribution Department at BCTG Avocats.

François advises his clients in the structuring of their sales policies in competitive and regulated environments (retail / luxury / food, pharma/health, energy, telecommunications). 

He assists companies in drafting and negotiating their business agreements (selective/exclusive distribution, franchising, commercial agency, etc.), in the digital transformation of their distribution (marketplaces, algorithms) as well as in their competition issues (cartel, abuse of dominant position and concentrations).

François also advises his clients on the regulations applicable to their business, particularly in the health sector.

He assists his clients before the French and European competition authorities, the French General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) and before the civil, commercial and criminal courts.

François also is the author of several articles in legal journals and publications specialising in competition/distribution law and conducts numerous training sessions and client presentations.

It is also ranked in the Le point, Décideurs – Leaders League and Legal 500 rankings.
