Cyprien Dufournier is a partner since 2024. He joigned BCTG in 2016.

Cyprien Dufournier specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on venture capital, private equity and growth capital transactions for entrepreneurs, mainly in the new technologies sector. He assists clients with structuring and growth operations aimed at developing their business (fund-raising, bridges), restructuring, external growth operations or divestments.

He facilitates partnerships between BCTG and several leading French entrepreneurial communities, incubators and networks, including France Digitale and Réseau Entreprendre Paris.

Cyprien is ranked in Décideurs – Leaders League, Chambers and in the prestigious Best Lawyers in the category “Corporate Law”.
