Caroline Goupil is a partner in charge of the IT / Data department. Caroline Goupil assists French and international companies and public stakeholders with all issues related to new technologies and data protection, both as counsel and in litigation:

• assistance with the implementation and execution of IT and digital projects,
• securing and ensuring regulatory compliance,
• performance difficulties and contractual disputes,
• litigation involving regulatory authorities, as well as advice on legal issues related to the use of data and digitisation of business activities).

She joins BCTG Avocats with associate Manon Zaoui.

With more than 10 years’ experience in new technologies and data protection law, Caroline Goupil is active in very dynamic sectors, including retail, technology, luxury, energy, industry and transportation. Her past experiences have allowed her to acquire recognised expertise in these fields and to adopt a pragmatic approach through an understanding of projects in their entirety and a business-oriented vision.
