Advised Caudalie before the Belgian Competition Authority and the French Competition Authority following a complaint filed in November 2017 by two Belgian online pharmacies for alleged resale price maintenance practices.
Advised Alliance Healthcare as a third party to a contemplated merger between two major pharmaceutical wholesalers active in several countries and in particular in France. Assistance was provided during the pre-notification phase in order to point out competition concerns raised by the contemplated merger, and with respect to assets.
