Within the Public Business Law team, comprising 10 lawyers, BCTG Avocats has recognised expertise in supporting projects requiring multiple administrative authorisations or an environmental assessment.
The team’s day-to-day activity involves assisting in the development of industrial or infrastructure projects in a wide range of sectors of activity, addressing complex issues and providing the project with legal solutions that are both precise and pragmatic.
Each member of the team works personally with the firm’s clients and provides advice at all stages of the project: development, financing, construction, operation and decommissioning.
The team is also very active in litigation before the administrative and sectoral courts (CORDIS, etc.) and deploys a dynamic and strategic approach to litigation management, so as to enable the project to be carried out.
In particular, it has developed cross-disciplinary expertise in energy law (solar, onshore and offshore wind, land-based and floating, hydraulic, cogeneration and biomass, etc.) and in mining law.
