Hugues Villey is a partner and co-head of the Competition / Distribution department at BCTG Avocats.

Hugues specifically advises his clients (retail/distribution/food industry, pharma/life sciences, logistics, media, telecommunications) to define their sales policy, draft and negotiate their sales agreements and other complex forms of cooperation and helps them with their competition and regulatory issues.

He assists his clients before the French and European competition authorities, the French General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) and before the civil, commercial and criminal courts.

Hugues is also the author of several articles in legal journals and publications specialising in competition/distribution law and leads numerous training sessions and client presentations.

He is also ranked in Le Point, Décideurs – Leaders League, Option Droit & Affaires and Legal 500.
