Simon Dereix is a Counsel in the Employment team.
He joined BCTG Avocats in 2024, having previously practised at Bredin Prat and King & Spalding LLP.

He advises French and international employers on all aspects of employment law and represents them in the defence of their interests before the French employment courts, in both individual and collective disputes, as well as in social security litigation (URSSAF).

Simon also has significant experience advising companies on the management of employment-related issues arising from national and cross-border restructuring operations, as well as reorganisation projects and workforce reductions.

He has been recognised in the Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch ranking since 2022.
He is a member of AvoSial, an association of employment law practitioners.
