Marine is an associate in the Employment Law team.

She began her career with PwC Société d’Avocats, before working for DAEM for over 4 years and then Gramond & Associés.

At BCTG, Marine assists the firm’s clients, of all sizes and in all sectors, in managing their individual and collective labour relations at all levels. She works upstream at the pre-litigation stage, to define the strategy best suited to the situation, and then throughout the proceedings, monitoring and defending the company’s interests. She also assists clients with restructuring operations, such as mergers, transfers of activities or reorganisations, as well as during social audits.
