This new Regulation proposes an important adaptation of the legal framework applicable to the distribution of products and services. It offers new opportunities in the organization and management of distribution networks, which raise implementation issues.
This breakfast will take place on July 7, 2022 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am in two parts:
₋ 9:00 am to 9:45 am: presentation of the main changes brought about by the new Regulation and in particular:
the new network protection mechanisms
the framework of dual distribution and parity clauses
online sales – between consecration and evolutions (end of the principle of equivalence and opening of dual pricing)
₋ 9:45 to 10:30 am: 2 practical workshops of 20-25 min on :
information exchanges in the presence of a dual distribution
the implementation of a price differentiation between the physical point of sale and the website
