“Transposition of the ECN+ Directive: Increased Financial Risk” See the article published in “Juris Associations” by Hugues Villey, a partner, and Lucile Delahaye, an associate, in the Competition and Distribution department.

The transposition of the ECN+ Directive reinforces the dissuasive nature of the penalties the Competition Authority imposes on professional associations, in particular by significantly increasing the maximum amount of the fines they may incur.
