Lucile Delahaye is a member of the Competition/Distribution department, headed by Hugues Villey-Desmeserets and François Dauba. With 10 years of experience, she has developed an expertise in this field, particularly in litigation before competition authorities, as well as in merger control and State aid.

The promotion of Lucile Delahaye to counsel marks a new stage in BCTG Avocats’ commitment to developing its competition law practice by creating a specialized practice within the Competition/Distribution department, while strengthening the synergies that already exist between this practice and the firm’s other areas of expertise, including M&A/Private Equity and public business law. “Lucile’s arrival three years ago illustrated BCTG Avocats’ strong desire to develop a benchmark competition law practice thanks to the contribution of a highly experienced professional in this field, in direct complementarity with the firm’s historic contract and distribution law practice,” explains François Dauba, partner in the Competition/Distribution Department. “This strategic choice has borne fruit: in three years, our Competition Law practice has grown significantly, particularly in terms of the size of the case and the profiles of our clients – Lucile has worked with CAUDALIE, Alliance Healthcare and Orangina. “Lucile’s promotion to counsel opens a new stage in this development dynamic, which we wish to pursue by reinforcing the visibility of our competition team, composed of Lucile and Adriano Capuocciolo, which has demonstrated its quality and creativity on numerous major cases in recent years,” adds Hugues Villey-Desmeserets.
