Catherine Dupuy-Burin des Roziers, a partner, wrote an article that was published in “La Tribune Afrique” entitled: “Sub-Saharan Africa: Independent power producers provide support for the challenges of financing renewable energies.”

 “To ensure the success and development of these projects, African countries must provide the energy sector with clear and investment-friendly policies, structures and regulatory environments, establish long-term energy plans, and provide appropriate policy and fiscal incentives for faster deployment of renewable energies on the continent.”
