Wiaame joined BCTG as an associate in the Project Contracts team. She advises French and international clients on the structuring and implementation of their transactions, particularly in the context of project acquisitions, disposals, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on the renewable energy and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining BCTG, Wiaame built a strong foundation in corporate and project finance through her experience at leading international law firms. She began her career in the Corporate M&A team at DLA Piper in Casablanca and later joined the Project Finance team at Pinsent Masons in Paris, where she advised on complex cross-border transactions in Europe and Africa.
