Carla-Luna is an associate in the M&A/Private Equity department.

She joined BCTG Avocats in 2025, after completing her final internship there. She has also interned at law firms such as BS Avocats and Lyvéas Avocats, as well as at the Nanterre court.

She assists the clients mainly in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and private equity transactions.
