
Gaëlle Bloret Pucci, partner, and Pauline de Drée, associate in the Intellectual Property department, have written an article in Be@Boss magazine, a magazine for company directors and managers, on the interest of filing a criminal complaint for a company that is a victim of counterfeiting.
Faced with acts of counterfeiting, victimized companies can choose to act before civil or criminal courts. Filing a criminal complaint is of particular interest because of its simplicity, its low cost and the investigative power of the public prosecutor.
