Paris, February 15, 2024. BCTG Avocats advised EREN on its acquisition of a stake in TRYON.

A company specializing in the economics of natural resources, EREN has more than 40 years’ experience of investing in the renewable energy sector. By supporting TRYON, a company specializing in the design, sale and operation of small-scale biowaste methanization plants, it is strengthening its position as a major player in the renewable energy sector.

Eren underwrote the major part of TRYON’s €6 million financing round.
