Within the Public Business Law team comprising 10 lawyers, we have recognised expertise in “public contracts” (public service contracts, service/works concessions, public procurement contracts, leasing contracts, partnership contracts, orders for temporary occupation (AOT), long-term public/private concession agreements (BEA), complex contracts, leases, etc.), in all sectors (infrastructure, building, etc.).
