BCTG Avocats assists several of its clients with the implementation of agrivoltaic schemes (combining a solar operation with agricultural activities). The assistance in this regard consists of:

  • advising the clients on the feasibility of the project with regard to the agricultural activities that can be carried out on the parcels hosting the project and more generally on regulatory issues
  • assisting the clients in securing land rights
  • drafting and reviewing the land agreements

setting up all the necessary agreements for the implementation of the farmers’ agricultural activities alongside the activity of the solar power plant (including all the question and answer processes and the follow-up of all the discussions with the local Chambers of Agriculture).
