Our Competition/Distribution team works with its client every year to obtain more flexibility for the company while ensuring that it remains compliant with regulatory requirements (prohibition of discounts exceeding the legal limits, law governing benefits, transparency obligations and competition rules).
Within the framework of this case, the team assists the client in drafting its internal compliance processes (drafting of operating margins) and in drafting a “Book” summarising the sales policy for use by the legal and sales teams.
