
Assistance and advice to a high-end food supplements laboratory in setting up a selective distribution network (including defining approval criteria for internet platforms).
The Competition/Distribution team assisted its client in thinking about this new distribution model and in drafting the agreements.
In connection with this case, the team now assists the client in managing the distribution network (refusal of approval, non-renewal of agreements, actions against resellers on unauthorised internet platforms).
