Unfortunately, too often, injured parties are faced with a dilemma due to the significant costs that long, complicated and by flow nature develop, uncertain legal proceedings may will entail and, therefore, choose to preserve their cash flow and develop their business, even if this means waiving a legitimate legal claim. Damages may be recoverable, but when? And what will be the upfront costs (lawyers, experts, bailiffs, arbitrators, etc.)? These are the factors that justify recourse to third party funders.
