Augustin Nicolle, a partner, and Mathieu Ducrocq, an associate, in the Business Litigation Department, published an article in “DAF Mag” entitled: “How to obtain third party funding for legal proceedings.”

Augustin Nicolle explained: “The use of third-party funders means companies don’t have to choose between defending their rights and protecting their cash position.”

  • Financing available to all litigants under a very broad framework
