BCTG Avocats is pleased to announce the appointment of Mélanie Chrétienne as Counsel in the Employment Law Department headed by Sabine de Paillerets.

Mélanie Chrétienne began her career at BCTG Avocats with Sabine de Paillerets nearly 15 years ago.
She works on behalf of companies that are representative of the diversity of the firm’s clientele, including large French and international groups, small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups, and major players in very dynamic sectors such as retail, cleaning and security activities, and call center activities.
She advises on all employment law issues, both in the advisory and litigation phases, with a particular interest and expertise in matters relating to working hours, social protection and welfare, and in synergy with the firm’s other teams, notably M&A, IT/data, Competition/Distribution, intellectual property and litigation.
She is very attached to the firm and has observed its development and transformation over the years. Her appointment confirms her investment, beyond her role as an associate. Mélanie is in charge of developing a training catalog for the firm’s clients and partners. The project concerns a cross-disciplinary offer, crossing expertise, both at the legal and sectoral levels, with an approach that is always very pragmatic and innovative.
“The promotion of Mélanie Chrétienne, the second Counsel in our employment law team after Alizée Elkouby, marks our desire to encourage the development of the specializations of our Counsels and to help our teams grow in order to better satisfy our clients,” explains Sabine de Paillerets. “It is essential for them to know that they can count on a stable and very experienced team, which knows their business and sector specificities as well as their case history perfectly”.
