Representation and defence before all civil and commercial courts, particularly in matters of contractual disputes (breach of established commercial relations, performance and liability disputes, payment actions, prices and price supplements) or disputes between shareholders or partners.

BCTG Avocats has a strong presence in the industrial sector, particularly in the field of renewable energy facilities (photovoltaic wind power, biomass, hydrogen etc.), including assisting its clients during the legal expertise phase, on technical issues (works and constructions, standards, non-conformity or latent defects, performance-related issues, etc.), financial issues (operating losses) and even in the context of actions brought on the grounds of abnormal neighbourhood disturbances (acoustic or visual pollution, wake effects, etc.),

BCTG Avocats has been involved in so-called “serial” claims involving nearly two hundred installations.  We also act for operators in connection with issues relating to connection and access to the electricity transmission network before the traditional judicial courts and also before the CordiS (Electricity Regulation Commission).

In 2021, our Litigation/Energy team handled more than fifty disputes. However, it is firmly committed to an active approach in the interests of its clients seeking conflict prevention or out-of-court settlements, in particular through judicial or conventional mediation, which will play an increasingly important role in the world of litigation.  Diane Mouratoglou has been a certified mediator since 2020, and is approved by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (Paris Ile de France ICC).
