Silvia assists her clients, mainly in the banking and insurance sector, in the management of banking law, criminal law, criminal business law and financial law disputes.
She assists in defending the interests of legal entities or individuals in the litigation phase (filing of complaints, investigation phase, trial hearing).
She also intervenes in bank liability litigation  and assists fintechs with regulatory and disciplinary aspects (licensing files, ACPR procedures).

She joined Boken in 2011, then BCTG Avocats in January 2023, when Boken and BCTG merged.

Finally, she is ranked in the Décideurs – Leaders League, Chambers and Legal 500 rankings.
