Mikhaël Torrès is an associate in the M&A Private Equity / litigation department.

He joined BCTG Avocats in 2025, after completing his final internship there. He also interned at the Patrick Kasparian law firm and at companies such as EY and Affectio Mutandi.

Mikhaël mainly handles business litigation cases before both civil and commercial courts. He assists a client base comprising companies and executives at every stage of the litigation process.
