Mathilde Geneste is an associate in the Intellectual Property department.

She joined BCTG Avocats in September 2025 after spending four years at Gide Loyrette Nouel as part of her first collaboration.

She works within the firm in the areas of trademark law, patent law, copyright law, as well as unfair competition and parasitism, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
