Khady Toalo is an associate in the M&A Private Equity / Litigation / Venture capital department, which she joined in 2024.

Prior to joining BCTG Avocats, Khady worked as an associate at Ey société d’avocats and at Cabinet Piotraut Giné.

She assists the firm’s clients mainly with acquisitions, disposals, private equity and LBO transactions.
