Inès Duchatelet is a lawyer specialized in business litigation. She joined BCTG in 2025 as an associate in the Litigation / Project Contracts department, after a first experience at an international law firm starting in 2020.

She advises and represents clients in pre-litigation matters as well as in disputes before civil and commercial courts. Inès also has experience in insurance law and industrial risk.
