BCTG Avocats, a cross-disciplinary business law firm, advised GS Group on the sale of its stake in the ENcome Energy Performance France joint venture to the Austrian group ENcome Energy Performance. BCTG Avocats had assisted GS Group in forming this joint venture two years earlier.

GS Group was founded in 2013 by Guy Auger and Jean-François Vaury, and specialises in equity investments and asset management, in France and internationally, particularly in the O&M sector. 

ENcome Energy Performance is an independent Austrian group with subsidiaries in several European countries, which focuses on O&M, consulting and technical engineering.
