Paris, March 5, 2026—BCTG Avocats advised Pickup and the founders of Nannybag, a French startup specializing in luggage storage services for travelers, on the sale of Nannybag to Bounce, an international player in luggage storage.

Founded in 2016, Nannybag has established itself as a leading provider of luggage storage services for travelers by developing an extensive network of retail partners in France and Europe. In 2022, Pickup, a subsidiary of La Poste Group and France’s leading network for managing pickup points and lockers, acquired a stake in the company to contribute to the development and expansion of the Nannybag network in Europe.

Bounce’s acquisition of Nannybag is part of its strategy to offer travelers greater flexibility by expanding its European network and partner base. It strengthens Bounce’s presence in France and Italy, particularly in cities such as Paris and Rome, while integrating commercial and logistics partners such as Carrefour France and Fermopoint.
