BCTG Avocats assisted the founders of the French start-up Avis Locataire, a publisher of SaaS solutions for social housing players and tenants, in raising €600,000 in funding.

This fundraising was carried out with several major business angels gathered via SIDE Angels, and BpiFrance.

The solutions developed by Avis-Locataire allow social housing tenants to benefit from a range of services designed to strengthen the operational efficiency of social landlords (digitization of appointment scheduling, automation of customer listening, automation of notifications, mobile monitoring application for local staff, etc.).
Founded in 2017 by Marc Laurent, Edouard Toutain and Fabien Lefebvre, Avis-Locataire now counts some 50 social landlords in France among its clients, including Seqens, CDC Habitat, RIVP and ICF Habitat, but also other social housing players such as Eiffage or Proxi-serve.
The operation aims to strengthen the company’s technical and commercial team, in particular to speed up the monitoring of rehabilitation projects on occupied sites.
