Paris, June 10, 2025 – BCTG Avocats promotes Mathieu Ducrocq to counsel to strengthen its Litigation practice.

Having joined the firm ten years ago, Mathieu Ducrocq’s work has now been recognized with his promotion to counsel.

Freshly admitted to the bar, he began his career working with Augustin Nicolle, where he received training in both advisory (M&A) and litigation. Mathieu Ducrocq now works exclusively in litigation. His expertise in corporate law is a real asset when it comes to identifying and managing high-stakes litigation.

He now handles both shareholder disputes and commercial litigation, in the form of litigation or arbitration.

This promotion to counsel is a logical next step. “I joined BCTG Avocats for its reputation and the quality of its clients. I stayed because I am very attached to the teams and have been able to develop my skills by working on challenging cases,” explains Mathieu.

By adding a counsel to the team, BCTG Avocats aims to continue developing its litigation practice. Mathieu Ducrocq will work alongside Augustin Nicolle to further develop the arbitration practice and extend the firm’s expertise to a new type of client: third-party financiers.

The Litigation team at BCTG Avocats now has three partners, one counsel and seven associates.
